After spending some time steeped in self-destructive habits, Sarah found herself being pulled toward different styles of holistic healing to help her find balance. She started teaching Ashtanga Yoga, mindfulness and breathwork in 2017 and soon after, decided to lean into her desire to be of service by adding Massage Therapy to her offerings.
